Messed up my hair

Hi there I hope you can assist me with this matter.

So I went to cut my hair at Legend barber in Springs Mall on the 6th August 2021 and they mess up my hair. This is a brand new cut. I'm so hurt. I did complain about this the following day but I see that these guys are not taking me serious I sent them pictures to see what the barber did to my hair . It's for the second time they did this and they told me to please leave my contact details they will contact me but they never did. what they are doing is not right . How can they not respond to me while I paid to get a good service. I'm so heartbroken. Please assist me by getting them to respond in this matter.
