Horrible experience at TLB Northgate Shopping centre

Against my better judgement and wanting to try a different barber, i tried the Northgate SC JHB branch today. Very disappointing. The barber was acting childish laughing and joking with his co worker across the shop, he didnt know how to trim my straight hair with sciccors he had to call another barber to try help he also wasnt confident in doing so. The fade he did was ok but he wiped my face with a dirty towel, no blow dryer to blow off excess hair. No personal touch.No mirror to show me the back of my head cos he said his 1 was broken ,He almost cut me with the razor cos he wasnt paying attention when he moved around. Needless to say i will not be returning, Ill stay with my current 1 man barbershop, thanks.
