Legend Logistics - PATHETIC

My fiance is staying in Kriel and I in Boksburg, so every 2nd weekend I drive to Kriel to visit my fiance for the weekend. On this road I will find +- 50 or more Legend Logistics trucks doing there trips. In December my daughter and I went to Kriel to visit and as always you will be behind a truck for kilometers as they do not give way for other vehicles. I was behind this truck for a long time period and a stone was thrown up and hit my front window which cracked my window immediately with a crack longer that 30 cm. My daughter took a photo of the truck when we slack down at a stop street. At the stop street I went pass the truck. I told my fiance and he said that Legend Logistics have this process where you can claim for such happenings, which he then got me the information of a lady. I phoned the lady and send her all relevant evidence as she requested. I had to follow up with her numerous times and she never got back to me. My fiance got hold of another person who gave him another mans cell number, I have explained everything to him and also send him the photos and the current state of my windows. it is now more than months later and the crack expanded. After a week I asked my fiance to phone the man as I am struggling phoning from work and his reply is that they don't do it anymore . But according to the 1st man my fiance spoke to this process is still in working. I think this is just PATHETIC from a company with so many trucks on the road to not take responsibility for this. As these drives think the roads belong to them and drive like they want to and the reason why rocks etc get shot up and done harm to every ones vehicles driving these roads. I feel that I have been honest and had all the proof of this incident and that they must stand up for this as it was their truck causing the damage to my vehicle and the worst is that this crack is now longer in in front of the drivers eye level, which could cause a fatal accident too. I want this company to fix my window asap! Why do they claim this process is in working but they do not want to fix my window even with the proof and as far as I know they do have cameras on the trucks, so they can go and look for the proof. I wonder how many other people are experience this same issue and got the same treatment ... I feel Legend Logistics think they own the road and they will not stand up for their responsibilities which I think is PATHETIC for such a big company running the road to and from Kriel all over. I want my window fixed the sooner the better.. if i receive ticket from the metro police for this i will keep them responsible to pay for it too. They do not own the roads and have to stand up for their trucks issues and the harm they do to other road users.
