COMPLAINT TO LEGEND HOUSEWARES HANDLED IN AN EXCELLENT MANNER WELL DONE

<p>I had a problem with one of their products the Stainless Steel Cafetiere and sent my complaint to Louisa Bemecke the Sales Admin Manager who handled my problem in a professional and efficient manner and agreed to replace the damange article without complaint. I only buy Legend Housewares and this really inforced what a quality product and company they are to deal with, thanks Louisa.</p> <p>Brenda</p>
