Worst service

We had the worst experience at Kingfisher Lodge. The booking agent Constance and Micheal at Legend Lodges confirmed we could do a Big5 Walk and charged us for it. At the lodge the rangers nor the manager knew anything about it. The ranger McNab was also rather sarcastic towards us regarding the walk. Micheal promised that we would obtain a full refund for the walk that never happened within 21 days. This was 25 April. We still have not receive any refund nor feedback from them. #Disappointed
