Still waiting for a refund - absolutely terrible service

I have been waiting for a refund from Legend Golf and Safari resort from 19 February - they keep on telling me that they have loaded the refund, I eventually received the name of the Financial Controller Michael and have left numerous messages for him he just simply do not get back customers.
