Very sad

I have a problem with Legaci Life Funeral Insurance. I insured my family with them and my policy was submitted to the office. Little did i know that it was not captured but the premiums were deducted from my bank. After five months received money when I went to the office to inquire about the money deposited to my bank from Legaci Life. When I asked what was it for, they said that it's my premium because I do not have a policy with them.

Now one of my family member passed on and is one of those in the cover. I don't know what to do. Please assist me in this.
