He is involved in getting SMME'S in all Johannesburg area

I am one of the SMME'S around region E and we went to Legaro as a property developer to develop an SMME around the area, walked in and ask to the man called Jean and he ask us to send an email to make an appointment. We did with no reply, we send a couple of emails with no reply. Atleast reply and say you dont want to see us or something.
