You will adjust to our times and not ours to yours

I am truly disgusted in Legal wise and the way in which they assist people. I loggeda request for legal assistance on 30/01/2018 and was notified on 01/02/2018 that my case has been handed to the JHB branch. It is impossible to get hold of the JHB branch and when I contacted the call centre to leave a message they just didnt bother calling me back until I was irate. They insist on me visiting the branch and I really cannot see why they cannot assist me telephonically as going to the branch is a huge mission given where they are based. When I agree to come in over a weekend they r fully booked and only see clients in the morning during the week. I have been with them for over 12 years and cannot believe that they are not prepared to try and assist. I have now managed to get an appointment for 10/02/2018 which is quite a distance from my home. I have every intention of getting other legal representation and will definitely share this experience with my family friends and colleagues who are also clients. Absolutely pathetic!!!
