Years of Monthly installments down the drain.

This is the worst experience ever. No feedback, no progress reports and every time you finally get the feedback you are given new reasons as to why its gonna take you longer to get any action from them. I have waited every time they told me to wait and provided every document they wanted to action and allocate a lawyer. To this point, I have not had feedback on whether a Lawyer has been allocated or not.

As an account holder who has been paying with no use of the service in 3yrs this is seeming like money down the drain.

Even after writting this I will receive a call from customer service but I will not get any actual resolution.
