Worst service from Legalwise

Hi

I think legalwise must be grateful there is no minus (-) rating because that would have been my rating for their service. On the 23rd November I called and some lady pretended to log my call. Then I've asked her to change my contact details on the system and she confidently told me that its done. And went to tell me that i will receive a call from someone from one of their legal department and they will assist me. I waited for the call until i decided to call them again on the 30th November, then i spoke to someone else who told me that my case in assigned to someone at their Kempton park branch who will definitely give me a call for more details on the problem i was experiencing. I even to the place that i had a problem with and fixed the matter myself. i will definitely be cancelling my membership as i honestly discovered that i don't need it. I've been a member of legalwise for over 3 years now and this is my first assistance i needed from them, clearly I will never get assistance from them in the future.
