Worst service ever provided

I am very appall by the level of service or time taken to read all the documentation I shared. It is now 1 year and I have not received any assistance from legal wise. I only seem to get assistance once I escalate or mail complaints department only to be told a year later my claim is not valid. I have had a claim with legal wise which was now escalated from pillar to post and only to be told no. I sent all documents based on my claim and Legal team, instead of assisting or declining from day one the team makes you wait with no response. I am really not happy and will share more details with the ombudsman as I see that I am bot getting any joy also I will take this to the consumer commission.
