Worst service ever!!!!!

My aunty whom i have mentioned on the below email wrote to legal wise regarding an urgent matter that my Aunty is currenlty expreincing, and she has been pay legalwise for the past ten years and yet they are failing to assist her when she is inneed they promised to get back to her till now.My aunty is currently on the verge of loosing her job but legal wise does not really seem to care about that, REF ***1 Please refer to the below email for details.

I am Vuyokazi Ndengane logging this Complaint on behalf of my Aunt Nomalibogwe Makasi ID no ***, cell no ***.

My Aunt made contact with customer service centre yesterday regarding the difficulties she is experiencing from her work place.

She was then advised the consultant that she will be getting a call from Khanya Swana, she is still waiting for the till now.

Could I request that Legalwise treat this matter urgently as the employer requested my Aunt to go home yesterday.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated in this regards.
