Worst Service at JHB branch

I'm really disappointed I have lodged a case to get assistance since a month ago. JHB branch Godfery Nangu is forever unavailable and PA promises he will call me back. After countless calls. I only got hold of him after speaking to his supervisor but still after that he said I should call the next day to get what I was requesting. Back to zero.
