Worst nighmare

So i called Legal wise early Sep and was told to send an email with regards to what i needed help with. Send the email on the 11 Sep 2018 to ********** as she suggested and there was no response for about 2 weeks, sent a follow up email on the 27 Sep 2018 asking what the ETA was for something to be done. i have not had a response from anyone, i call everyday but their phone just rings, to think that i have been paying for more than 2 years and i get such ****py service this one time that i need help.

And i called today and i waited for about 15min for my call to be attended to and i was tranfered to Carmen but her phone rang until i gave up as i also don't have airtime to be holding on the phone the whole day, Mickyla picked up and was told Carmen is on lunch and i had to explain my story again and i sent the the same email i sent Carmen, no response until this hour. This is the worst service one could get considering we pay every month, you guys are not doing us a favor please remember that...
