Worst customer care service

I sent an email for assistance a few weeks ago, I saw no reply, I copied 3 more people and their customer care, still no reply. When they want you to join, you get called everyday but when you are a member and seek assistance they do not bother to respond, or is it a technique to discourage one to request for assistance? I do not see the need to be part of Legalwise anymore as the membership is now useless to me.
