Won unfair dismissal case but still waiting for payment

I've won a case of unfair dismissal. My former employee needs to pay me for a period of 3 months. since from Last year September. I haven't received even a single payment since then. Legal wise was the one handling the case and I am the only one calling for follow up. I pay Legalwise every month for assistance but I'm always referred. I'm drained by always calling and not getting any response but they deduct my money every month.
