When LegalWise assigns Muller&Viogt to your case decline WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT

<p>Apart from requesting LegalWise letterheads to letters I drafted myself I have never actually claimed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was involved in a car accident and after fixing the vehicle had to claim damages from the drunked driver. I can assure you that LegalWise has delay tactics; from incapacitated staff to laborious and deliberate red-tape.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst internal admistrative red-tape is Muller and Voigt. M&V are LegalWise subsidiary. They hide themselves on an upper floor around Cresta and a residential office in Kensington - I have physically been to both. No signage, No landlines - I had to threaten someone to eventually get a cellphone number. For a good part of last year M&V had a backlog of claims because they literally had a vacancy. No one to administrate. Why not decline LegalWise claims until you filled the position. </p> <p> </p> <p>They finally appointed a young Dineo. First month she said she is fami****ising herself with the environment. Second month she spent drafting a claim. Third month she was requesting a re-issue of the documents LegalWise already has and drafting a letter for cover. Forth month cover is granted and Boksburg sheriff's office proceedings are under way.</p> <p> </p> <p>Month Five - I decided to follow up with the sheriff's office in Boksburg. NO SUBMISSIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THEM. So I called Dineo informing her of my findings. Now the documentation is with Germiston Clerk of the Magistrate Court and follow ups are impossible because the court communicates through a ***eon-hole. </p> <p> </p> <p>WORSE PART IS THAT THE DEFENDANT RESIDES IN SOWETO. WHICH I HAVE MENTIONED AND IS NOTED ON THE ACCIDENT REPORT BUT DINEO WANTS THE BOKSBURG SHERIFF TO GO TO VOSLOORUS. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have consciously advised potential LegalWise members to advoid this company. LegalWise is not for the faint-hearted or uneducated. Whether favorable or not I will write subsequent reviews in light of the following;</p> <p>1. Delay tactics- another legal firm is allocated my case to delay time</p> <p>2. The wrong defendant destination will require a new process in local courts</p> <p>3. The ill-mannered Dineo continues to lie to delay process</p> <p>4. If I borrowed the money I used to fix my car I am already at a financial loss</p> <p>5. LegalWise' vested interest is in clients who eventually give up on claims</p> <p> </p> <p>I DEMAND A RESOLUTION. ITS BEEN FAR TOO LONG. GIVE ME TIMEFRAMES. THE DEFENDANT COULD EVEN DIE WHILE I WAIT FOR ADMIN PROCESSES. AND LEGALWISE IS NEVER MADE TO WAIT FOR DEBITS BUT IT TAKE MONTHS TO PROVIDE A SERVICE. I WONDER WHO YOU PRAY TO.</p>
