What is the point of having a this Policy???

<p>I went to a Legalwise branch about an urgent problem with my landlord, explained the whole situation, and what does the Legal Advisor do, Just gives me a piece of paper and tells me to go to the Housing Tribunal and go sort out the problem there. What is the point of joining LegalWise if they cant even lift a finger to assist me and I have to run around sorting problems myself, the boodly number he gave me isnt even going through!! Have I been throwing my money down the drain all this time. </p>
