What a waste of time and money joining Legalwise

I am a loyal member of legalwise since October 2016. What frustrate me is that they make sure that they don't help you when you need help. What a waste of time and money. Currently I have log two claims one with the labour issue and one with the CSOS ruling. The first one they are saying they cannot help me because I was not a member in 2015 when I assume my current job. The issue here is that when I started this job I did not have an issue up until 2017, when the Department didn't want to honor their written promise to upgrade my current level after they received the job evaluation results that put my current work at level above what I am currently remunerated. The second issue is that the legalwise team is saying that because I am no longer own the property I was launching a dispute for they cannot help me. I am very confused and really confused. So wish I can get another opinion on this.
