What a legal *******

I wrote to legalwise in connection with a complaint, and I received an email telling me the complaint had been forwarded to a Dewalt de Meyer, ok so where's my feedback. For a company that offers legal advise and assistance, these people are non existent, I pay for so called \Gold\" hence I would expect at least an answer. I want the feedback, I want assistance, and I want it now!!!! Should I not hear for, you by the end of working day tomorrow, consider my account closed!!!!?"
