Wasting your money on Legalwise

I have been a legalwise member for over 2 years and to date, not one of my claims have been resolved.

It is the most ridiculous waste of money.

3 issues that I am waiting for feedback on as a quick summary.

1. Middle last year I sent in the paperwork for child maintenance. I haven't heard back from them ever since.

2. I was involved in a car accident in December, Legalwise and the Attorney that they have passed it on to for legal action are still arguing over if it is to be paid or not.

3. I have opened a case for over R30 000 damages 2 months ago and haven't heard from them.

Furthermore, I have left several messages for the legal representatives to call me back over a 2 month period and they haven't. I then call this morning and the "only receptionist" has told me that I haven't left any messages.

I am a platinum member and my payments are always on time. If this is how your top package members are treated then I would hate to see how the lower packages are handled.

WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR CAUSE SERVICE IS CLEARLY NOT INCLUDED!!
