Wasting potential customers times

I spend nearly 10 minutes completing the online membership form only to be called by a LegalWise consultant a few days later who did not have any knowledge of my online membership application. In fact the LegalWise system did not have any history of my online application. So what is the point of having potential members waste their time completing an online application form then?
