Waste of money and time. Rather use Google. Agents are clueless

What a waste of money. Everytime I call for advice the agents are clueless. In the past two days I called to find out what is the difference if a contested divorce goes to magistrates court or high court. Two so called lawyers gave me two totally different theories. Everytime I call, the agents are clueless. Laws are laws, I'm always told to contact my private attorney for advice. What's the point of paying for this service if I must contact a private attorney at my cost each time I need advice?

I also opened a case through legalwise which was approved. It's been almost one and a half years and the attorney didn't contact me. I complained previously on hellopeter where one of legalwise customer service lady called which did nothing but tried to force me to give her a good review on the survey I was going to receive. I received the survey but not the service. I begged continuously for the help but they say they are going to contact me but no one contacts me. I got up to 3 years to claim back this funds and time is almost out. Will legalwise refund me this R1 110 000.00 if my 3 years is up to claim this money???
