Waiting on R10,000.00 deposit *******ly held

I have sent emails to LegalWise Head Office Customer Care as well as LegalWise Bellville branch who is handling my matter in getting back my R10,000.00 deposit paid for a car purchase transaction that I cancelled in beginning February, with NO REPLY from LegalWise on my most recent emails sent. To date, the dealership Sullivans Auto Sales is still holding on to my R10,000.00 deposit which amounts to *****. All lawful procedures were correctly followed by myself, contrary to Sullivans Auto Sales who failed dismally to comply with Consumer Protection Act subsequently not keeping to its commitment of delivery date promised of goods purchased.<br> <br> Signed: Mr H.
