Very very poor service
Poor customer service... Yet every month your instalments are being eaten by these people... And I won't recommend anyone to deal with them ... Services like this makes you wonder how much of a service will you really get when you need them the most... It's just a frustrating process getting any kind of assistance.. And I'm on their platinum option(the highest plan on their list)
