Very unprofessional and disappointment

My mom she is the member of Legalwise she joined Legalwise in Secunda two years back if not three and paying every month. My mom reported a case regarding her stand, my mom apply for a business stand as a business lady more a decade ago. Govan Mbeki municipality took her stand and give it to someone else. my mom has a title deed for that stand and she is paying for it on monthly basis. My mom approach legalwise about this matter and they promised to help her since she is a title deed holder for the stand. Now they tell her would have help her if she was staying on stand. what **** is that?? why now after couple of months into the case and they decide to dump her. That old she is been going up and down to Legalwise office in Secunda and now Legalwise with no reason just decide to dump her. is that what Legalwise is doing to their members. Then everyone wanting to Join legalwise should watch out.
