Very much disappointed in the legal wise team

I have been a client with legal wise for +-8 years now but they are disappointing me I wanted a legal representation due to being in dispute with vodacom I asked for thier assistance but on my first attempt I failed to send them the correct documents than my file was closed I then contacted them for the second time for their assistance I send all the documents on the 26 of May 2026 is been a week no response from them.. I then contacted the office yesterday the 2nd of June I was not assisted they said the assigned attorney who is busy with my case is not available but they will leave a message for him to contact me today... Today I received a call from another attorney saying he is not the one who is handling my case but according to my records my file was never reopened... Am surprised because the attorney that I spoke to on the 26 of May said they have reopened my case up until today no assistance from legal wise but am paying them graciously every single month...😭😭😭😤😤😤
