Very dissapointed....

I contacted Legalwise customer care twice asking to speak to the cancellations dept. Both times i was transferred to cancellations dept. Both times noone bothered to pick up the phone. I phoned a third time and told the person noone is answering the phone. The lady just told me to send a email to cancelation dept and hung up on me. I have now instructed my employer to cancel the deduction on my salary. I was a loyal customer since 2002 and this is how they treat you. Very, very disappointed indeed....
