Very Disappointed with Service or Lack thereof!

I am Platinum Membership of LegalWise and I thought this would be a very good thing as opposed to the other options they offer, I called in the morning 2 weeks ago, and I really required some legal advice about an important matter, and I informed the lady on the phone that it was an urgent matter, and she informed me that someone would call me as soon as possible. I only received a missed call from them at 6pm??? Really, and when I picked the phone it was already dropped. I had to 'Google' my way out of a tricky situation, and I am paying monthly installments in the meantime, and I do not even get the service and nor did I get a follow up email or a phone call the following day???<br> <br> This is very upsetting, and I am having to really evaluate if paying R184 per month and for something I do not even get to benefit from when I need it the most.
