Very disappointed client

I complained about legalwise on the 22nd of August. It's almost a month today that I am not assisted. The manager of the complaints department Yolande called me 2 or 3 days after my complaint and advised that a consultant will call and assist. Up till today no one had called or emailed me. What I realised about legalwise they call you once and if you don't answer the call, they don't attempt to follow up. That's just bad very bad services from legalwise. They have not helped me once since I joined them.
