Very disappointed
I have logged a complaint a few weeks ago and still not receiving any assistance. My file was referred to a durban branch but I've heard nothing. You guys do not live up to your promise but are super quick ti take my money. Hope the general public moves to clientele

2 months later and I have still not been assisted. Your Durban branch has ignored my emails and have not provided any feedback to date. Please do not action my request. I do not want any assistance from you guys and I WILL go to the ombudsman . Furthermore,please cancel this policy. I have wasted enough money on you guys over the last four years. I would also like a refund on my premiums. Again,please do not action my request as i do not want to make a fool of myself by taking legal action on anyone 2 months after the issue occured.Thank you for your pathetic service
