Very bad service Legalwise Witbank

<p>I asked 4 days in advance for legal assistance because of appearing in court on Friday. Corresponded with the branch and Vicky took my case. Confirming via email that my case will be opened and send to the claims department, she did absolutely nothing. I phoned the claims department and they said no claims were lodged with them from Witbank. Now I need to appear in court with no legal assistance, but I pay every month. Don't ever waste your money on these clowns that just want your money.</p>
