Very bad service

Hi. LegalWise never comes back to customers if you have a case with them. They always give you excuses. My details are loaded on the system but conveniently they got my email address incorrect when they needed to send me information. Further they don't even call to ask did you get the document. This is not the first time I had an issue of this nature. I don't expect a call from LegalWise because there senior managers don't care
