Very bad service

I called the Randburg branch to speak to a consultant. I requested for them to call me back. After two days they didn't call me back so I called to speak to the manager. I then laid a complaint on Legalwise website. A customer service agent called me back and told me they would get a senior consultant to call me back. Its been three days and I'm still waiting for someone to call me back.
