UTTERLY DISGUSTED

My mother was injured involving 2 vehicles towing each other 3 years ago and as a result sustained injuries that led her to stay at home for 9 months as single mother, being a loyal client of legalwise for 25 years the matter was referred to them for assistance with the RAF claim, lawyers were appointed to handle her case and cover was approved and my mother even went to a Dr to verify her injuries on the instruction of the appointed lawyers and things seemed promising but that was followed by more waiting with much frustration as the process dragged with lack of feedback or service from legalwise or the lawyers themselves and after 2 years of continuous struggle we decided to change lawyers and my poor mother with her injuries and all still went to these new lawyers appointed and now legal wise decides to 'investigate\ and repudiates her claim - is this how a loyal client of 25 years in her pain for something that could have been resolved 3 years ago has to endure? is this how we treat our clueless senior black citizens in South Africa? so you know I have recordings of conversations and email correspondence as proof to show how merciless legalwise is"
