useless they don't answer emails or phone

I have been using legalwise since last year, an important matter arised this year were I hadn't been refunded money by a third party for goods not procured. I raised this matter with legalwise as the third party was making it hard for me to get my refund. Legalwise only responded to one email which was them asking me for my legalwise account number, ever since then I have tried contacting them with no response. When I call it's either the person handing my account is on lunch at 9am or is sick or on leave. I would never recommend legalwise to anyone, if you have a legalwise account please cancel it cause you are paying for nothing.
