Useless service

After how many years of paying a platinum membership the firs time i tried to use them in 4 years. I couldnt get hold or them for twee weeks. Keep chatting to a robot. So when i reversed and disputed my debit orders was the quickest i heard from them. Saying im in arrears. No thank you. Never again useless service
