Useless policy

I really thought legalwize was one of the best companies on South Africa and I was wrong. I’ve been asking them for two years now to help me get my refund from Damelin. In the last two years they have changed their Staff members two times. I received an email saying that my case is again handed to another person. This person sent me email asking me things that were done long ago by the previous employees. If these people can’t help me with some small I wonder if they will be able to assist me with serious matters. When I go to the bank I am going to cancel this nonsense and reverse my debit. I have decided to drop the amount and go to to the small claims court myself.
