Useless panel of Lawyers appointed by LegalWise
I have a policy with legalwise, l took their gold package with hope that l will get a better service when l need them. But No that did not happen, l was unfairly dismissed and l referred my matter to them. They appointed their own panel of Lawyers to assist at CCMA. The said lawyers where very useless, l am not even sure if they know Labour Law, they badly lost the case. Even after countless efforts l put to ensure that l gave them as much information as possible. I had a feeling that they deliberately intended to loose the case. The can only be one version of the truth and nothing more, I am innocent but they failed to bring that up. I reported the matter to LegalWise and l was told l can change the mandate to another Lawyers if l am not happy with those. I told them the quality of service l received from those Lawyers and they told me from their side that the is nothing they can do. Complaining to Legalwise will not really assist me, what they can do it to appoint other Lawyers for the review at labour court. They started the process of getting new Lawyers, it's been almost a week now and no approval has been granted. In order for my matter to be filled Labour Court it needs to be done at a particular period. Delays, delays, delays, delays, LegalWise does not really care about us as clients, my whole career has been taken away from me by bullying politicians who are using tax payers money to buy the best lawyers you can find to fight their cases at CCMA. I have useless legalwise Lawyers and its system. Why does legalwise not have a system to rate and review the service their Lawyers gives to their clients? I lost a simple case at CCMA, and NO repacations for the said law firm, their going to claim their money and move on to their next victim. All l am asking for is JUSTICE and l am not getting that because l dont have money l cannot afford to pay a lawyer of my choice but useless legalwise Lawyers.
I have put another claim with legalwise, that my ex employer refused to pay my leave days, just to further bully me and show me they can. It took legalwise more than 3 months to approve that claim, that matter too is still sitting with their useless panel of Lawyers. I mean what is this......and l must continue paying the policy with no service whatsoever.

I was represented by 2 different Lawyers from Legalwise and the 2 speak a different language, the first Lawyer who lost the initial case stated that the commissioner was bias. The other team agreed with the commissioner. What's going on here, all l know is that l am innocent, that's all.
I have asked the Legalwise Lawyers to return all my documents so that l can take my matter to a private Lawyers, but l am not receiving feedback from Legalwise not even the Lawyers. I need all my documents they took from me, they took originals and l told them it was originals, l want them back. I need my documents back, l will take my matter to a private Lawyers or human right Lawyers who will be prepared to fight this case for me. Its been 3 months, not feedback, the people who are working at claims their very useless very.
