Useless

I called Legal Wise Boksburg to make an appointment to see an advisor I was told that the earliest I can see one is the 24 Feb 2015, I then called Kempton Park and was told the earliest I can see an advisor is the 23 Feb 2015. I have a problem now which I need to attend. I was then told on the 06 Feb 2015 an advisor will call me before the close of business and I am still waiting. Without fail they deduct the monthly fee and when you need assistance they don't give a dam. I would like to cancel my policy as this service is a waste of money as they do not provide a service when you need it.
