Useless
I filed a complaint against my medical aid provider with legalwise and them instead of handling the matter according they fabricating scenarios and failing to fully inform me and handle the matter at hand.
Please note I have posted a report on them requiring them to provide evidence of their claims, even up to this day they have failed to do so.
