Urgent Complaint Regarding Lack of Responsiveness from Legalwise

Dear Legalwise, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received in relation to my case currently being handled by your team. Despite my numerous attempts to escalate the matter and my ongoing efforts to communicate via both email and phone, I have been met with a concerning lack of responsiveness.

My primary concern revolves around the repeated emails your legal representative has sent to the company involved in my case. Unfortunately, despite my repeated efforts, there has been no acknowledgment, response, or indication that any action is being taken to address the issues I have raised. This lack of communication has caused me considerable frustration and distress.

What is even more concerning is that, despite the absence of any responses, there has been no attempt to obtain alternative contact information for the company or explore other methods of establishing communication. In situations like this, where timely and effective communication is critical, your failure to seek alternative contact methods demonstrates a worrying lack of diligence on your part. Each month, Legalwise deducts its subscription fee; however, it has been unable to assist or resolve my case. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.
