Unsatisfied Service, Unable to get hold of anyone in legalwise when you need to, Legal wise does not call customers back on their cal me service

Very bad Service, I have Joined Legal wise a good couple of months back and have never used the service, So basically paying every month for nothing, I tried using the service a few weeks back and submitted a request to call me back as trying to reach the call centre is impossible

Unfortunately to date, I have had no response on the matter and then tried calling the call centre again with no answer, The administration on account queries answers immediately , Which obviously serves no purpose, I mean in a serious emergency trying to get a lawyer or legal assist, You better off serving your sentence in prison, Because you will probably only be assisted after getting locked up,

I mean really the brag about legal wise in its advert campaigns etc and the service is really up to junk, You guys want to compete with Competitors such as Scorpian but cannot live up your Promises, You dont forget to debit my account everymonth, Like i dont forget to pay , So why should we suffer? You have clauses about consumer protect yet you do the very same thing to your customers????
