Unsatisfied client

I was assisted by a nonhlanhla kheswa from legal wise customer care service with regards to a complaint and the service was pathetic ,terrible, not sure how to explain the pathetic service .......how is it that someone like her works in customer care where one is calling to be assisted and have to end up complaining about the Customer care consultant, I feel she should be removed from the as it is yhe 1st time I've had to complain about a customer care agent .........
