Unsatisfactory service from George branch
I have been a member of Legalwise for 35 years and recently for maybe only the second time in that period I used their services when I contacted the George branch of Legalwise. I have had highly unsatisfactory service from them. The attorney who was assigned to my case appears to be very busy with attending court etc. I contacted the branch on 26 January 2021 and from that date to this I have had to prompt the attorney each time about sending emails or responding to my emails. The last two occasions when I tried to call the branch no one answered so I have not been able to speak to him. HELP!!!!
