Unresolved Matter

Good day,<br> <br> I lodged a query with Legalwise regarding my previous employer, I went to legalwise offices asking for their assistance in the matter and I was welcomed by a competent receptionist and advised to write down my query and also attach required paperwork of which I did. <br> <br> 3 weeks later with no response I consulted with Manager Quintin and was advised that the matter will be handled, he then apologised for the bad service I received. Joyce sent me forms to complete so that an attorney can be appointed to handle my matter however 2 weeks later she called and advised me that I am not covered as my policy lapsed in that period of the incident which was 6 May 2014.<br> <br> According to Legalwise my last payment was in March 2014 and the policy takes 3 months before it gets terminated however May 2014 was not part of the 3 months. In October 2014 I went to reactivate my policy.<br> <br> 1) Legalwise failed to get feedback from my previous employer regarding my matter.<br> 2) I have also escalated the matter to their customer service centre via website and no feedback.<br> 3) I have received a call from their Liason officer in Bloemfontein saying Quintin will call me and still waiting.<br>
