unresolve matter

i have been with Legal Wise for the passed 3 years, in 2021 August my car was repossessed i asked them for advise or to stop my car not to sold since i have payment agreement on hand- they didn`t assist me and even to check on my issue in that case. On the 15th July 2024 i logged another call regarding my electricity to be cut off by the Trustee, the couldn`t help me and advise on that matter on the way. I came with suggesting of writing a letter to the body corp which they even fail to follow up. I kept phoning them asking if there`s any feedback.
