Unquote speak to my lawyer

I have been a member for over 30 years and never been assigned a lawyer. My complainant is how they betray themselves as quoted " speak to my lawyer" how untrue. Every time i phone i always been assigned a consultant and never been impressed. The only time you really get to know a provider is when you have a problem, and clearly enough they don't mine taking your money.

My issue with them that i approached them about six months ago to assist me in a case. Firstly got to see a consultant and a letter was drafted and sent. Two weeks went by and no results, after 3 months still no results then the consultant wanted to informed me that they dont cover this issue, which i disagreed. The matter was sent to Durban to continue with the case up to now no results. I have spend so much on phone calls and also informed there customer services on how i been treated and there no response. I thinking of getting another lawyer to sue Legalwise for my monthly installments. They clearly dont care for my well being. I really think its a money making thing. I should of being assigned the right lawyer who knows better in dealing with this matter.
