Unprofessional service and incopetent staff

I approached Legal wise Centurion in August 2017 about summons issued by Mereceds Benz (MB) to me. Up to date I have not had any joy whatsoever and the little progress made was all because of me. I had to call the lady dealing with my case (Patricia Khanyisa) from the centurion branch every time to remind her to please follow up with the MB lawyers and then have to call her again to provide me with feedback.

To date I am still waiting for her to provide me with feedback on a new development I reported to her by MB and I know that she will not do anything until I call her again, remind her to contact MB about the issue and then call again to ask for progress.

This lady is really useless and also she lies and then forget the excuse she gave yesterday because it was all a lie. I am disappointed in the Centurion branch. I asked to see their manager and was told she is very busy- I don't know very busy doing what because Lag wise is also very busy debiting my account ever month and I don't know for what.

Useless company this- used to be good in the past when they did not have so many *********** legal professionals hired on the basis of their skin colour.
